Eight Mother's Day Activities

Eight Mother's Day Activities

Gift mom what she really wants.

Turns out, all mom really wants for Mother's Day is to spend quality time with her family... and to be spoiled a little bit. So, why not make mom’s day all about creating new memories that you both can cherish long after that bouquet of flowers is gone. Here are some of our favorite activities to evoke meaningful Mother’s Day memories.

1. Grab some popcorn & have a movie marathon.

There's something about a movie and popcorn that just never loses its charm. Queue up a few classic movies that you both love, open up a bottle of wine, and just forget about the rest of the world for a few hours.

2. Raid moms closet & try-on her vintage outfits.

Your moms got style and her 70’s prom dress is out of sight! Spending the afternoon playing dress-up and sharing stories from the past is a fashionable & fun way to spend the day with mom.

3. Head out for some serious spa pampering.

Treat mom like the queen she is - and treat yo self while you’re at it! Because let's face it, you could both use a good massage. Self-care is a real Mother's Day vibe, so take the afternoon to de-stress and unwind together

4. Relive old times with games you played as a kid.

Every family has at least one game they loved to play together. Dust off the old checkers set and challenge mom to a rematch. Chances are you'll have even more fun playing together as grown-ups.

5. Sing your hearts out at karaoke.

Whether you head out to your favorite bar or stream your favorite songs from YouTube at home, mom will love this pitch-perfect present. Evoke your inner 90's diva because 🎶It's All Coming Back To Me Now🎶 and this memory hits all the high notes.

6. Have a two-person picnic.

Pack a tasting lunch to-go and head out to the great outdoors! Make the most of the sunny spring weather and enjoy an afternoon full of fresh air and quality time together. *Don’t forget to pack a wine opener!

7. Learn something new together.

It's always a good time to pick up a new hobby or skill. So, why not take a class or sign up for a workshop with the woman who taught you pretty much everything you know. It’s a fun way to learn something new and make some new memories while you’re at it!

8. Go wine tasting.

Evoke will be open for Mother’s Day! Spend the afternoon sipping wine & enjoying some much needed quality time with mom.
