Essential White Wines for Summer

White wine in the summer might seem like an obvious pairing to most, but you would be surprised how many year round red drinkers walk among us. (But hey, you do you.) For those who have gone to the dark side and need a little help finding the light, we’ve put together a pool proof list of our favorite white wines to keep you chill all season long. 

Oh! Orgasmic Bubbly Aperol Spritz

Summer is spritz season, y’all -- celebrate accordingly. So whether you’re brunching with friends, chillin' poolside, or indulging in a little cocktail hour, get right down to business and pair it all with this oh so Italian aperitif. Bubbly and sweet, oh what a treat!

To Make: Fill a wine glass with ice, combine equal parts Oh! Orgasmic and Aperol, add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice. Easy peasy, orange squeezy.

Making Waves Albariño

Surfs up! Catch a party wave of juicy stone fruit and citrus flavors and get ready because this Spanish varietal is dropping in all summer long. Tasty with everything from seafood to tacos, and pretty much anything else you can squeeze a lemon or a lime on. We recommend serving these cool waves at a chilly 38℉. 

Evokes notes of standing up on your first wave, fresh tan lines, and bonfires on the beach.

Cliché Rosé 

A wise person once encouraged us to “rosé all day” and while it may not be original, that’s kind of the point. Summer has become synonymous with rosé, and turns out, for good reason. Our Cliché Rosé is food-friendly and thirsty quenching. This pink drink plays well with others AND is delicious all on its own.
