Evoke Club Terms

by signing up for an Evoke wine club — you agree to the following terms.

You'll receive a selection of wines chosen by Evoke Winery 4 times annually, including your initial wines you received when you signed up. Your credit card on file will be billed automatically for our quarterly wine club shipments, based upon the cost of the membership plan you've selected 

If it is necessary to cancel your membership, we ask that you submit your request in writing at least 2-weeks prior to the next shipment. Please send your request to  care@evokewinery.com.

Please note that if you fail to provide the required 2 weeks written notice for cancellations, or if you fail to notify us with address changes, the cost of shipping changes, including re-routes or returns, any additional fees we incur will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

  • As a Club Evoke member, I'm at least 21 years of age. An adult 21 years of age or older MUST sign for wine deliveries.

  • I will be automatically billed quarterly for the cost of the Club Evoke membership I’ve selected + any applicable sales taxes & shipping charges. My account on file will be charged 1 week before each Club Month.

  • My wines will ship during the first two weeks of each Club Month.

  • It is my obligation to notify Evoke Winery of any changes to my account 2 weeks prior to shipping. Re-routing and/or reshipping may result in additional charges.

  • Membership automatically renews annually (unless we are notified otherwise).

  • By signing up for Club Evoke online, I accept and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement as outlined above.
