Shipping

Once your Evoke Winery order has been shipped, you'll be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. 

Shipping turn around time is 24 - 48 hours. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping info will be provided. Transit days will begin once the carrier has made it's first initial scan. 

Business days are Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend it will ship the next business day and within the 24 - 48 hour window.

Return Policy

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. And while we’ll happily replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed, we are not responsible for any wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.

Please note that temperatures above 88℉ or below 32℉ are a danger zone for wine. Evoke Winery may opt to hold on to shipments due to temperature and will send the wine when weather permits. Customers have the option to upgrade to 2 or 3 day shipping in order to keep the wines moving and to lessen the likelihood that they will be on trucks for long travel periods and/or stored in warehouses. 

If you need your wine right away we have insulated shipping boxes with ice packs for $20. We may need to expedite the shipping for an additional cost. Contact Customer Care for EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES.
