Sure, our rock star employees can dork out with their cork out but they're just as interested in photos of your terrier as they are in maps of terroir. So, whether you're brand new to wine and don’t know a Pinot Gris from a pinecone or you’re a level 3 somm and fancy yourself a Sauvignon savant, you’re our kinda people!

Club Evoke FAQ’s

• When will I get my first shipment? Right away! If you sign up in a Tasting Room you’ll pick out your initial wine shipment right there on the spot and take it home with you. If you sign up online, one of our customer care representatives will be in touch to finalize your membership details and get your initial shipment sent out as soon as possible.
• What if I can’t make it in to pick up my wines? That’s ok! We’ll either hold your shipment until you make it in, or we can ship it to you for a flat shipping fee. Keep in mind that someone 21+ must be available for deliveries of wine. This is the Federal government’s rule, not ours!
• What is an Add On club? We offer three different Add On club options that are available to active club members only. These include the option to receive 2 additional shipments each year. They include our Oh! Club, and our Bubbly Club.
• What if I do need to cancel or skip a package?  We’re positive you’re gonna love your membership with Club Evoke, but you can pause your membership and skip one club release per year, if you need to take a break. Simply give our customer care team a call or shoot them an email. If you definitely need to cancel — there is a $100 fee if you cancel before receiving 3 total shipments and don’t worry, you can always rejoin whenever you’re ready and we’ll be here to welcome you back with open arms — and wine!
