Package: Boxers or Briefs?

We have wine for that!

Whether you call them family jewels or junk, they're part of the package that makes us notice you. And whether you grew up on a Boxers or Briefs team, by now — you own at least one pair of boxer-briefs in your arsenal of underwear. They’re soft and  breathable, with a pouch designed to hold you comfortably and a longer length thigh to keep you from freezing.

The boxer-brief showed up in the 90’s, with salacious male physiques on billboards and full page ads. Who doesn't remember Marky-Mark Wahlberg in his Calvins? These iconic ads changed the way we collectively viewed male underwear.

Little known fact: Prior to the Calvin Klein ads —models wore two pairs of underwear and put a slice of bread between them to smooth out unacceptable anatomical bulges. The boxer-brief brought the heat to how design can enhance and protect the package.

Our Package is full of Petit Verdot grapes. Long before boxers or briefs, These grapes had to develop thick skins to protect their seeds from high temps. These grapes are burly with a flavor bomb of black currant and huckleberry. 

Petit Verdot grapes have a strong winning personality and need a lot of heat to ripen. The warm autumn weather of the Columbia Valley nurtures the grape's full and intense taste profile while their thick skin protects the juices of its jewels. From these, we created quite a Package – a balance of big fruit, subtle acidity, firm tannins and a bone dry mouth feel.
