The Story Behind Après Rosé

The Story Behind Après Rosé

As dry and light as powder. As fruity and crisp as a bluebird day. Après Rosé is a true Pacific Northwest wine.

Après (French for “after”) was born out of a late season harvest, after our winemakers had put most of that year’s wine to bed (barrel). Never to say no to one more run, we decided to sneak in one last wine.

The result? An effortlessly crushable rosé we’ve been enjoying all spring, summer and fall long.

Who's to say rosé should hibernate through the winter? Consider this the cherry on top of your already epic mountain day and the real reason you thirst for adventure. Because after is just the beginning.

About the Winemaker: A native to the Columbia Valley, Alaina made Après as an ode to Mt. Hood mountain culture and  après ski parking lot seshes on sunny spring days. When Alaina isn't working in the Evoke Winery cellar, you can find her shredding down Mt. Hood as volunteer ski patroller.
