Some of our die-hard Chardonnay lovers will remember our 2012 ‘Naked’ Virgin — with its creamy full mouth feel. Now you can experience Virgin once or again for the very first time with our new 2023 Virgin Chardonnay released May 2024. A velvety and youthful wine — literally youthful, as it has only been lightly oaked in barrel for six months — with medium toasted notes and an extremely tantalizing bouquet. Its soft tannins, creamy honey and vanilla flavors will delight and excite you.

Virgin falls right between our crisp green apple, aged in stainless, bright Foreplay Chardonnay and our fuller bodied Carmel apple, 100% French oaked, matured Here to Stay. At the fulcrum of flavor, Virgin holds the balance of a quintessential Chardonnay. The light crisp apple flavors found in Foreplay, have softened from time spent in 20% French Oak and now taste of honey drenched ripe melon that ends with a memorable sweetness and that elegant vanilla creamy finish.
