Taste Profile

As you taste this Penetration Cab, black cherries dominate followed by an elegant smoky and barrel toast finish. Black currant and dark cherry invite the nose to linger only to discover hints of clove and praline. Tannins are present but not overpowering.

Aged: 24 months in 20% new American and 80% French neutral oak
