AN ALAINA WALLER WINE: Head Winemaker at Evoke Winery

My first job right out of college was at Gallo, so I spent some time in California. My favorite winery in Napa is Louis Martini. They make a field blend from their 100 year old vineyard called Mountain Red. I always buy as much as possible whenever I get the chance.

Classy&Sassy is very literally based off of that wine. I try to mimic it as much as possible, right down to the percentages of each varietal.

But, when I'm feeling Sassy, I go with a Spicy Potato Soft Taco and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch at Taco Bell.
